Cry to the Moon teaserI ran with outstretched arms, a panting companion at my side, through the crying wind that bellowed beneath our limbs. The meadow of tall grass on gently rolled land could go on forever, and it dared us to discover if there was ever an end to it. We ran as far as our legs would allow, and as far as our imagination could grasp, and it seemed that this little bliss of earth did go on for eternity. It didn't matter, either way. Besides the wild flowers and grass below our prancing feet, we were all that there was; two beings that could go on striding across the stretch of land for the rest of their lives. Meh
but think of Bambi!
At my old school, a girl named Roz (who I didn't necessarily think was nice...) was really obsessed with bambi, and when we watched it in music class (our teacher thought we were 5 or something), she cried when Bambi lost his moma.
I have to tell you something hilarious that happened today. I was riding in the car home from school with my brothers, and my mom brought the dog along. A guy on a motorcycle was right behind our car for about 10 minutes, and the whole time Stormy (that's my dog) was staring at him and growling & barking

Did you know that fawns will stay in the place their mothers tell them to until their mothers come back? Maybe she is looking for food or something, but they won't ever move until she comes back. That's why hunting is banned in the spring - mothers aren't always with babies, so you don't know if there's a baby that need the mother's help. XD Plus no one can abandon the cute little things.
